KCJ-901B full-automatic hemming machine

The main function of automatic edge wrapping glue machine is to wrap fruit color cross light adhesive tape around the assembled backlight product, so as to prevent light leakage at the edge of finished product screen and strengthen the assembly strength between LCD screen and backlight.

The equipment mainly consists of rack metal plate and LCD module feeding and connecting assembly line, long side feeding and handling assembly, long side shading adhesive CC port alignment, long side patrol adhesive feeding assembly, long side patrol adhesive picking manipulator, and adhesive wrapping transfer assembly:

1. Long-side shading adhesive edge sealing device, rotating multi-connecting rod material moving manipulator, short-side intercepting and transporting component, short-side shading adhesive CCD alignment, short-side shading adhesive picking manipulator, short-side shading adhesive loading component, and adhesive wrapping transfer component.

2. Short side shading adhesive edge sealing device, rotating multi-connecting rod material moving manipulator, finished product conveying belt line.
