KCJ-60507 automatic alignment fitting line

KCJ-60507 is a kind of OCA and TP (CG) soft-to-hard fitting, TP and LCM module (LCD) hard-to-hard vacuum fitting, which can meet the production of TP/CG surface products with or without scale.

OCA and TP (CG) soft-to-hard fitting accuracy can reach ± 0.15mm, TP and LCM module (LCD) hard-to-hard vacuum fitting accuracy can reach 10.075mm, solving the defect that common jig alignment fitting cannot meet the accuracy requirements.

The PLC control of the equipment line has memory function. The old model can be directly used for production, and it is very convenient for machine adjustment and model change.

The wire body of this equipment is suitable for 0.96~5-inch product fitting.
