The equipment is composed of cleaning machine, SCA fitting machine and G+G fitting machine. It is a high-precision automatic equipment developed by the Company for fitting of cover plate and function piece.
The hard plate roller fitting process is adopted for the G+SCA fitting of the equipment, and the G+G fitting is carried out after the CCD is aligned, with the fitting accuracy of+0.1mm.
The machine has memory function, old models can be directly used for production, and it is convenient for machine adjustment and model change.
The equipment is suitable for fitting 5-15.6 "products.
This equipment adopts high image cable CCD for clearer imaging.
