The equipment is composed of OCA laminating machine, film tearing machine and vacuum laminating machine. It is a high-precision automatic equipment developed by the Company for laminating cover plate and LCD, cover plate and LCM module;

The process flow of this equipment is that the OCA is pasted on the cover plate by the OCA laminating machine, and then the film is turned over for lamination. The film tearing mechanism automatically tears the film. The vacuum laminating machine pre-fits the cover plate and LCD, and cuts the material after the vacuum lamination;

The OCA fitting of the equipment adopts mechanical positioning with an accuracy of ± 0.15mm, and the vacuum fitting adopts CCD alignment with an accuracy of ± 0.075mm;

The machine has memory function, and old models can be directly used for production, adjustment and model change;

The equipment is suitable for 3.5 "~7" product fitting;

The equipment adopts megapixel CCD for clearer imaging;

The equipment can be split and used according to the actual production requirements of customers, and the double-sided film covering part is produced separately. TP loading+CCD alignment vacuum fitting part is produced separately. The finished product conveyor line at the tail of the laminating machine can be connected to the assembly blanking machine of our company for use (special blister disc or universal optional blanking mode), saving labor.
