KCJ-6658 Large-size Full-automatic Vacuum Bonding Line

This vacuum bonding line KCJ-6658 is composed of OCA soft-to-hard bonding machine and TP+LCM module (LCD) hard-to-hard vacuum bonding machine, which is compatible with round screen, Liu Haiping screen, water drop screen and special-shaped screen (the window is right-angle side or small round arc side), etc.

The 0CA soft-to-hard fitting accuracy is ± 0.1mm, and the hard-to-hard vacuum fitting accuracy is ± 0.1mm, solving the defect that the common jig alignment fitting cannot meet the accuracy requirements.

The PLC control of the equipment line has memory function. The old model can be directly used for production, and it is very convenient for machine adjustment and model change.

The wire body of this equipment is suitable for 2.4~15.6 inches (TP shape 15.6~500 * 800) product fitting.
